About the Role

A Customer Experience Specialist seizes every opportunity to create an exceptional service experience by using empathy and displaying a passion for customer service, while also providing operational support to the organization. From helping our members with billing inquiries, to handling customer questions and solving problems, our Customer Experience Specialist are inspired to meet the challenges of providing first-class support.

Responsibilities

  • Be brand ambassadors for HealthWorks by embodying our purpose and principles.
  • Build a strong foundation of health insurance for consumers nationwide.
  • Learn the “ins” and “outs” of insurance policies.
  • Gain experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Qualificatons

  • Detail oriented, process oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Have great listening and communication skills through both phone and email.
  • Demonstrate integrity, empathy, urgency and can quickly establish trust & credibility.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Can work independently but thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, exhibiting team spirit and enthusiasm.
  • Have established a professional profile that demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and organizational skills are required.
