Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

A Quality Assurance Specialist seizes every opportunity to create exceptional customer experience by using empathy and displaying a passion for customer service, while also providing operational support to the organization. From ensuring sales agents are meeting our high compliance standards, to handling customer questions and solving problems, our Quality Assurance Specialist are inspired to meet the challenges of providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the “ins” and “outs” of insurance policies to be able evaluate quality of ethics, sales process, and compliance to our high standard.
  • Contribute to our team culture based on empathy and service to others.
  • Kick-start a meaningful career with a fast-growing company.
  • Review agent’s sales calls daily ensuring our high standards of compliance are being met.
  • Monitoring service and ensuring customer experience that is consistent, courteous, and efficient.

Qualificatons

  • Detail and process oriented.
  • Have the desire to learn new skills and be receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Have great listening and communication skills through both phone and email.
  • Demonstrate integrity, empathy, urgency and can quickly establish trust and credibility.
  • Passionate about customer service and compliance.
  • Can work independently but thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, exhibiting team spirit and enthusiasm.
  • Have established a professional profile that demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and organizational skills are required.
